CWG Camp

This past weekend we hosted the first Canada Winter Games(CWG) training camp to start our preperation for the 2019 CWG. The camp had 20 athletes in attendance, we held two open sparring sessions, one running session and a fitness testing session. All the boxers worked hard showing they have the potential to get better and potentially make the 2019 CWG Team.
