Nova Scotia vs Ontario

Thursday night we had six boxers compete in Toronto. The night started off with a tough opening bout for Thomas Foster, Thomas boxed well however lost a split decision to Shane Tremblay(ON). Our second bout was Devin Sanford, Devin fought hard however he lost a unanimous decision to Khol Adams(ON). Our third bout was Colten Grant-Hose, Colten fought with heart and determination however he lost a unanimous decision to Ryan Robinson(ON). Our fourth bout was Wyatt Sanford, Wyatt is our current youth Canadian Champion and Wyatt showed us what it takes to be champion during his bout, he fought great winning a unanimous decision over Dan Ryan(ON). Our fifth bout was Jonathan Sinclair, Jonathan is a tough boxer who fought his best however he lost a unanimous decision to Bares Shakouri(ON). Our sixth and final bout of the evening was Stephanie Walker, Stephanie boxed very well using her skills to her advantage, she won a unanimous decision over Bonnie Cook(ON).

Team Nova Scotia walked away with 2 wins and 4 loses. This was a great night of boxing and our boxers got some much needed experience against one of the strongest provinces in the country.
